As part of leadership series on the topic, ‘Inspiring Ideas for Principals’, virtual platform was provided to principals of the HSSC to share their ideas on 18th December 2020. Mr. Biswajit Saha, Director, CBSE [Training and Skills Education] was the Keynote speaker. Mr. IL Narsimha Rao from Cyber peace Foundation detailed out the need of Cyber Security, especially now that all schools are on the virtual platform. The meeting then adjourned to Breakout rooms where 3 Principals gave enlightening talks on different talks. Ms. Hemlatha, Principal, Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills spoke on ‘Ideas for inspiring Principals’, Mrs. Rachna Bhattacharya, Principal of Unicent School spoke on the topic ‘Managing Virtual Classrooms’ And Dr. Suvarna Kuppa, Principal of St. Peter’s High School spoke on the topic, ‘A step towards building a sustainable school community - adapting 4-H leadership model by the principal’
